Acceptance of terms

By browsing viscano.com or submitting our contact form, you're agreeing to these terms. If something here doesn't sit right with you, the simplest thing is to reach out and ask — our contact details are at the bottom of this page.

Using this website

You're welcome to browse, read, and share anything on this site. We just ask that you don't:

• Scrape, mirror, or republish the site's content or code without asking us first
• Attempt to access parts of the site or infrastructure that aren't publicly intended
• Use the contact form to send spam, malicious links, or unrelated solicitations
• Misrepresent yourself or impersonate someone else when reaching out to us

Project engagements

These terms cover the website only — browsing it, and enquiring through it. They are not the contract for any actual branding, web development, design, or other creative work. If we take on a project together, the scope, timeline, pricing, deliverables, and payment terms (we currently accept bank transfer and UPI) will be set out in a separate proposal or agreement that we both sign off on before work begins. That document — not this page — governs the project itself.

Intellectual property

Everything on this site — the Viscano name, logo, the site's design, layout, and original written content — belongs to Viscano Creative Studio unless stated otherwise. You're welcome to reference or link to it, but please don't copy the design or copy for your own use without asking.

For client projects, intellectual property ownership (who owns the final designs, code, and brand assets we deliver) is addressed in that project's own agreement, not here.

Work we showcase

The case studies on our Work page, and the client logos shown on our homepage, are past projects we're proud of and showcase with our clients' knowledge. If you're a past client and would prefer we remove or adjust how your project is shown, just let us know and we'll update it.

No warranty

We keep this site accurate and up to date as best we can, but it's provided "as is" without guarantees of any kind — including that it will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted. If you spot something broken or out of date, we'd genuinely appreciate you telling us.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Viscano Creative Studio isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. This doesn't limit any liability we hold under a separate signed project agreement — that document sets its own terms.

Third-party links

This site links to external destinations — our Instagram and LinkedIn pages, and our clients' own live websites. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, availability, or practices once you leave viscano.com.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising from them fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site and studio evolve. Changes take effect once posted here, and we'll update the "last updated" date above when we do.
